TITLE OF GOODS All goods remain the property of REDTHEROBOT.COM until full payment has been received.
PRICING All information including pricing is deemed correct as published on this website. We reserve the right to alter and modify the pricing and specification of products without notice. We also reserve the right to withdraw products at any time.
Prices include VAT where applicable at the current published rate.
PAYMENTS We will not take any payment until we've made sure that all the goods on your shopping list are available. And as such we will notify you of any problems with your order. For details on our security precautions please see our PRIVACY page.
DELIVERY Our normal delivery target is 5 WORKING DAYS from date of order to addresses on UK Mainland if an order is placed by 4.00pm. If an item is out of stock or delayed we will notify you by email. You should notify us of any goods damaged in transit as soon as possible. For current delivery charges please see DELIVERY page.
Deliveries to Northern Ireland, Eire, Scottish Highlands & Islands, Isles of Scilly and Isle of Man plus all Overseas deliveries will be quoted separately to normal postage rates.
GUARANTEE All products sold on this website are covered by the manufacturer's guarantee. If any product sold should become faulty within 3 months of the invoice date, due to faulty workmanship or manufacture, we will at our discretion replace or repair any such product. It is the customer's responsibility to return any suspected faulty items appropriately packaged on a carriage paid basis. Any products returned and found not to be faulty will be returned to you at your cost. All such returns must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice or we may not have adequate proof of your purchase. If you have a faulty product please email us at orders@redtherobot.com.
RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS You are entitled to cancel any order placed with us within 7 days of receipt of the goods providing that the inner packaging is intact and unopened. You are responsible for the cost of returning your order, should such an event happen. A refund will be issued only if the conditions above are met.
ORDER SECURITY To keep all your information securely we use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) Technology. All of your data is encrypted before being sent over the internet. Our systems use secure firewalls to prevent access to our network, and reliable up to date anti-virus software. Please see our PRIVACY page for further information.
PLEASE NOTE: These terms and conditions may be revised at any time and we reserve the right to do so. You are therefore advised to keep up to date with the contents of these terms and conditions. Nothing in these terms and conditions will reduce your statutory rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods.
Privacy Information
Any personal information provided to or gathered on this website is controlled by REDTHEROBOT.COM. We never make your details available to any third parties without your prior written consent.
When you order, we need to know your name, email address, delivery address, credit or debit card number and the card's expiry date. This allows us to process and fulfill your order.
As an additional security precaution we also ask for your card security number. This is the last 3 digits on the signature strip on the back of your card. We ask for your telephone number, so we can contact you if there is a query with your order.
From time to time we do ask if you want to be kept up to date with exclusive REDTHEROBOT.COM offers. We do not send you anything unless you have given us permission to do so.
If you have signed up to receive marketing communications from us, and want to change your mind, you can at any time.
If you do not want to continue to receive emails from us, simply click the 'unsubscribe' link at the end of any email you receive from us. If you receive postal mailings simply email your name, address and postcode to info@redtherobot.com and we will remove you from our mailing list.
Delivery Details
We guarantee to process, despatch and deliver your order within 5 working days to any UK Mainland address if you order by 4.00pm (subject to stock availability).
If any product is not available at the time of your order we will inform you by email and the item will be sent to you as soon as it is available.
Orders for Northern Ireland, Eire, Scottish Highlands & Islands, Isles of Scilly, Isle of Wight and Isle of Man plus all other countries may take longer than 5 working days. Please see expected delivery timescales below.
All orders are despatched via Royal Mail.
Only one delivery charge as quoted below will apply per order regardless of the number of items within that order.
Delivery Charges
UK MAINLAND
The standard delivery charge for all orders under £100 in value to all UK Mainland destinations is £5.
Delivery is FREE on all orders over £100.
NORTHERN IRELAND, EIRE, SCOTTISH HIGHLANDS & ISLANDS, ISLES OF SCILLY, ISLE OF WIGHT & ISLE OF MAN
The standard delivery charge for these areas = £20. Delivery will take between 5 - 7 working days from date of order.
Delivery is FREE on all orders over £200.
MAINLAND EUROPE
The standard delivery charge for Mainland Europe = £20. Delivery will take between 8 - 10 working days from date of order.
ALL OTHER DESTINATIONS
For all other delivery destinations, please email: orders@redtherobot.com with details of your order and we will respond with shipping costs.
