20 years experience in marketing, business development and sales promotion with blue chip and FMCG companies. Involved with Red the Robot® from the outset, working with the Educational Team to develop the current resource offering.

Philip Bujak
Chief Executive Montessori St Nicholas
Closely involved in Red's strategic direction and the Rapid Educational Development TM programme. Philip, was appointed Chief Executive of The Montessori St. Nicholas Charity in 2003. He has popularised understanding of the Montessori ethos and is a respected educationalist in the independent sector.

Dr Maria Da Costa
Specialising in the area of Integrated Early Childhood Education and Development. Dr Da Costa directed the Red the Robot® research programme within a number of schools and nurseries on behalf of the Institute of London.

David and Patricia Watkins
Educational Team Leaders and Storybook Authors
Former Head Teachers with combined experience of over 70 year in Primary education, David and Patricia head up the development team, determining content and future direction. They believe in increasing the life chances of all children and creating a secure educational environment where all pupils can achieve their full potential.

Trish Ochrombel
Advisory Teacher for Early Years EYFS

Trish has been closely involved in all aspects of Red the Robot's® development including the design and creation all 300+ new Letters and Sounds Activity Cards.

Eileen Exley
Eileen Exley has worked in Primary Education as a teacher, Head Teacher, governor and volunteer for more than thirty five years. Her specialist areas of interest have been the development of literacy and promoting a love of books in the very young. Eileen has worked closely with the Red the Robot team in developing support material.
