Closely involved in Red’s strategic direction and the Rapid Educational Development™ programme. Philip, was appointed Chief Executive of The Montessori St. Nicholas Charity in 2003. He has popularised understanding of the Montessori ethos and is a respected educationalist in the independent sector.
